Maternity & Pregnancy Portraits

There is something very special about outdoor Maternity Photo shoots and I think all pregnant women are beautiful. This is one of the many attractive and quiet beaches I love to take portraits at. We almost had this gorgeous beach to ourselves the entire time and we had lots of fun! This was a lovely warm winters afternoon at Beachmere however it was a little bit on the windy side.

My favourite time to take Outdoor Beach Maternity Portraits is late in the afternoon when the light is soft and very flattering for skin tones. I also love enhancing that gorgeous afternoon ambient light with portable lighting. I know not every pregnant woman feels her most beautiful during pregnancy and portraits might be last on your list. However it’s such a beautiful time in your life and it’s so important to treasure memories and look back on to show your children how excited you were waiting for them to arrive. I can promise you will feel very comfortable and I take care to make sure we capture not only beautiful portraits of you but very flattering with just the right angle and slight twist. It’s actually fun and almost  everyone tells me they enjoyed their photo shoot! Yes even the Men!!
